#1: TV

For highly sensitive individuals, TV can sometimes be a bit too much like a sensory rollercoaster. The fast-paced visuals, loud sounds, and emotionally charged storylines can overwhelm you. The constant bombardment of intense content can leave you emotionally drained. Be mindful of your viewing choices and take a moment to consider their impact on your emotions. Content infused with anger, violence, or negative energy, such as reality shows or doomsday movies, can influence your energy and contribute to heightened anxiety. Pay attention to what you consume!

#2: LOUD NOISES

For highly sensitive folks, loud noises can be anxiety-inducing because their finely tuned senses can make even everyday sounds feel like an unexpected jolt. Sudden loud noises can stir up stress, bc your nervous systems tend to be more responsive. So, finding ways to dial down the volume or create a more serene auditory environment can go a long way
in keeping anxiety away.

#3: FOMO

Fear of missing out! The fear of missing out on social events, experiences, or
opportunities can contribute to anxiety.  Constant exposure to others' seemingly exciting and "perfect" lives can lead to feelings of inadequacy or the fear that you are not living up to societal expectations.

#4: COFFEE AND TEA

Oh this one! This one I know is true and hard for me to accept haha! So, coffee and tea have caffeine, right? Well, caffeine cranks up the volume on
your stress hormones and adds an extra sprinkle of anxiety to your life.....possibly every morning. If you're planning to stick with your coffee or tea routine, here's a little nugget of advice: munch on some protein before sipping your brew.

#5: PMS

So, you know that extra anxiety kick we get during PMS? It's like a monthly
hormone rollercoaster wreaking havoc on our stress levels. Cortisol, the stress hormone, might make us feel a tad bit crazy. So, when those hormone waves hit close to your period, hydrate, chill out, eat right, take it easy on your body, breathe deeply, cut yourself some slack, and take a bunch of walks!
